Chicken feed, worry-free.
Our chicken feed is sourced from our own large-scale feed factory, where we carefully select high-quality raw materials such as corn and soybean meal, strictly avoiding the use of mixed or inferior feed ingredients. We rigorously inspect the hygiene and quality of all raw materials and employ scientifically formulated recipes to meticulously produce our chicken feed. Each batch of chicken feed undergoes thorough testing to ensure its safety and reliability.

The Dutch MOBA fully automated egg grading production line performs fully automated cleaning, drying, UV disinfection, crack detection, inkjet coding, grading, and packaging of eggs, ensuring that every single egg is safe, clean, high-quality, and maintains freshness for a longer period.

The complete egg-laying chicken industry chain developed by Tiancheng Group encompasses feed processing, breeding stock rearing, high-quality chick production, large-scale commercial chicken farming, and deep processing and sales of egg products. The group has become the largest integrated egg-laying chicken industry enterprise in the East China region. Tiancheng Group has built two large-scale egg-laying chicken farms of its own, currently housing a total of 5 million laying hens and producing over 100,000 tons of premium eggs annually. The farms have introduced advanced farming equipment from DeLaval in Germany, with each barn capable of housing up to 150,000 hens. Temperature, humidity, and lighting in the chicken houses are all automatically controlled by computers, and the entire farming process is conducted without the use of antibiotics, ensuring the safety and reliability of the egg products.

World-class processing equipment
We have introduced a fully automated, state-of-the-art egg-processing equipment system from the Dutch company MOBA. The system features four sets of valve arrays that enable a completely automated production process, with the central control system providing end-to-end monitoring. The CIP online cleaning system automatically sprays, cleans, and disinfects the equipment. Additionally, we have adopted the Italian STALAM radiofrequency pasteurization system, which utilizes advanced ultrasonic liquid cell reconstitution technology. This system not only rapidly eliminates pathogens but also significantly preserves the functional properties of the egg liquid.

The company is certified under management systems including the SQF International Food Safety and Quality System, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and ISO 14001. It has also obtained HALAL international certification for halal food products and a registration certificate for export-oriented food production enterprises. The entire production process strictly adheres to GMP and HACCP standards and fulfills the requirements of the management system, thereby ensuring product quality.
The company has built its own cold-chain transportation fleet equipped with state-of-the-art cold-chain logistics devices, and monitors the temperature throughout the entire transportation process to ensure product quality.

Advanced, fully traceable process
The company has established a comprehensive, scientifically sound, and rigorously effective food safety and product quality traceability system throughout the entire industrial chain, thereby fulfilling its commitments to customers regarding food safety and product quality. Every egg sourced from our own farms is assigned a unique code; from the moment raw eggs are received and dispatched from the warehouse through to their incorporation into production, each step is recorded by scanning a QR code into the system. Each bag of finished egg liquid is printed with a unique, exclusive barcode in real time. When finished products are shipped out of the warehouse, they are again linked to customer information via QR code scanning, ensuring full traceability throughout the entire process. The company has also hired highly skilled engineers from Europe to provide on-site guidance during production, strictly adhering to international standards and employing advanced manufacturing processes to guarantee the safety, uniformity, functionality, and stability of our products.
