In addition to showcasing its core products—egg powder and liquid egg—the company highlighted several innovative offerings at this exhibition, including premium items such as organic cage-free liquid eggs, chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), and ready-to-eat soft-boiled eggs. These products, distinguished by their nutritional fortification and convenient application, drew large crowds to the booth.
