This competition is jointly organized by the Jiangsu Catering Industry Association, the Haian Catering Industry Association, and the Haian Tourism Association, under the guidance of the Nantong Hotel and Catering Industry Chamber of Commerce and the Nantong Tourism Association. It is co-hosted by the title sponsor, Jiangsu Tiancheng Technology Group, alongside the Haian Wangfu Bangrui International Hotel, the Jiangsu Catering Association Master Chefs Committee, and the Jiangsu Huaiyang Cuisine Culinary Institute. This formidable organizational lineup aims to gather the industry's top talents to delve deeply into the essence of Jiangsu's local cuisine, particularly regional flavors centered around chicken and poultry eggs as their soul.

Participants will use chicken as the primary ingredient, reinterpreting regional chicken dishes from across Jiangsu with innovative thinking to showcase the profound heritage and contemporary vitality of Jiangsu's chicken cuisine. The Hai'an “Tiancheng Cup” Poultry and Egg Culinary Competition will leverage Hai'an's resource advantages in the poultry and egg industry. Centered on chicken eggs, duck eggs, and other poultry products, it will explore their boundless culinary potential—from everyday stir-fries to exquisite banquets—fully showcasing the charm of poultry and eggs. This event aims to enhance Hai'an's reputation as the “China Poultry and Egg Capital.”

As widely recognized, Hai'an holds the esteemed title of “China's Poultry Egg Capital.” As early as March 1983, Mr. Chen Zhengrong, Chairman of Tiancheng Group, established the nation's first farmer-led specialized technical and economic cooperative—the Hai'an County Longzheng Laying Hen Research Association. Through over four decades of dedicated effort, Hai'an has pioneered a path of high-quality development across the entire laying hen industry chain. The group has evolved from a startup into a nationally recognized key agricultural industrialization enterprise, integrating feed processing, breeding stock rearing, chick hatching, large-scale intelligent egg-laying chicken farming, branded egg sales, deep-processed egg products, and technological R&D. With an annual flock size of 5 million egg-laying chickens, we have consistently dedicated ourselves to building a comprehensive food safety traceability system from farm to table, ensuring every egg is safe, healthy, and delicious.
